By accessing or using Hubby AI ("the Service"), operated by MergeYourData Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hubby AI is an AI-powered assistant that integrates with Slack and HubSpot to help teams manage their CRM through natural language commands. The Service includes automated reporting, CRM operations, and workflow automation features.

3. Account Requirements

To use Hubby AI, you must:

  • Have a valid Slack workspace
  • Have a valid HubSpot account with appropriate permissions
  • Authorize Hubby AI to access your Slack and HubSpot accounts
  • Be at least 18 years old or have the authority to enter into this agreement

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

5. AI-Generated Actions

Hubby AI uses artificial intelligence to interpret commands and execute CRM actions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors. All write operations require your explicit approval before execution. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes Hubby AI proposes to your CRM.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MergeYourData Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, CRM modifications, or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
